To Each His Own…

Such a cliché: To each his own.

I don’t think I mean it in the way it is often meant.

Romans 14:14.

If I consider something to be wrong for myself, it is wrong for me. If I think that God is leading me to do something, it is wrong for me not to do it.

So often, I feel that so many of us try to force our convictions on others. While I am attending college, I don’t tell anyone that they need to go to school to be successful, and I certainly try not to make people feel inferior for choosing not to go to school. For what I want to do, there isn’t much option. For many others, college is unnecessary. There is nothing in the Bible that says to go to school or not to.

This is just one example. It is on my mind because I feel like some people have said that they do not intend on going to school in a way that makes me feel bad for going. It is a difficult situation for me.

So here I am, in college, until I graduate or God tells me to get out. When and if He does, I will go. That is the key. Follow what God tells you.

I just pray that I am not judgmental about those things that God has put on my heart but not everyone else’s. Be loving! :)

God bless you all.

Notes from this week’s sermon(s) will be up soon, I promise! :)
